A CAR tyre specialist has celebrated its first anniversary as a fully franchised network.
HiQ has 135 branches across the UK including one in Huddersfield Road, Dewsbury.
Mark Brickhill, managing director of Goodyear Dunlop, which partners HiQ, said: "What the HiQ network has achieved has been remarkable.
"If you look back 18 months, you would not be able to sit with people like this, boasting results like this.
"There is still much work to do, but overall, great progress has been made."
The network now has ambitious growth plans and aims to increase its centre network to 300 branches by 2014 creating many jobs in the process.
In addition to selling, fitting and checking tyres, HiQ also provides brakes, exhausts, batteries, MOTs and vehicle servicing and maintenance.
