AS part of Wyke's Spring Festival 2008, the village's annual art exhibition will be one of the main attractions.
The exhibition provides a chance for local artists to display their talents in oil, water colours, pastel and acrylic and last year it attracted 40 artists with some 150 paintings.

The exhibition is being held in the school room, Lower Wyke Lane. The preview evening, with wine and nibbles is tonight (May 16) from 7pm-10pm, adults £1.50 which includes a glass of wine.

The exhibition, sponsored by Cygnet Healthcare, is then open tomorrow from 10am-4pm, adults £1 including coffee and biscuits (lunches available), and Sunday from noon to 4pm, adults £1.
