Thornhill Parish Church prepares to welcome back its congregation

The Dewbsury based church will host its first in person service since lockdown began this Sunday.

A spokesperson for the church said: "Thornhill Parish Church are pleased to announce a return to services from Sunday 26th July 2020. we will be operating under the Government's Covid 19 Regulations

"We will be holding Eucharistic services at 10am on Sunday and Wednesday while following all current guidance regarding social distancing, hand hygiene and more. The wearing of masks at the moment is optional.

"It will be wonderful to be able to return to the Eucharist and take in again the beauty of our wonderful building. You will hear the organ playing but we are not allowed to sing together at this time

Our online services are currently suspended."
