'BB shooting' in Heckmondwike

A 13-year-old boy was attacked with what is believed to have been a BB gun yesterday (Thursday).
The boy was walking in Cawley Lane, Heckmondwike, when two white males in a white van drove past and fired something at him. Police believe it was a BB gun.

The boy was badly bruised on his thigh and left shaken by the attack.

The van turned into Cawley Lane from High Street before the victim lost site of it.

The two men in the van were topless.
