Cyclist injured

A CYCLIST is in hospital with serious injuries after being involved in an accident in Wyke.
The 66-year-old man was in collision with a red Citroen Saxo in Huddersfield Road shortly after 9am on Wednesday

He was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary and his injuries are said to be serious but not life threatening.

Police closed the road for two hours while they dealt with the incident. They are appealing for any witnesses to contact them on 0845 606606.
