A Batley acrobat has leaped into the final of BBC One gymnastics contest Tumble.
Billy George, 23, appears on the show as a professional, training up and performing alongside Lucy Mecklenburgh of The Only Way Is Essex.
The former Brownhill Junior pupil said: “I am over the moon, it’s amazing! For somebody who wasn’t able to do anything to be this far, it’s brilliant.
“It’s going to be wicked, but we’ve all been having a tough week. Everyone’s starting to feel it a lot more.”
The duo’s final routines include floor and aerial manouevres and Billy has promised lots of lifts.
“The theme is right up mine and Lucy’s street. We enjoy it and we get to have fun with it.
“It’s a really wicked ending which has not been seen on the show. A big finale finish.”
Tune in to BBC One on Saturday at 6pm to see how Billy fares in the final.
