Dog owners should clean up their act

WHAT can be done about doggy doo? This last few weeks it has been everywhere, even in the middle of Tesco car park. We live close to the Whitcliffe Hotel and no matter which way we go, doggy doo is all over the place.

I don’t know if people have to have a dog licence these days? Perhaps they should, and they should be expensive.

Maybe people who sell dogs should have to notify some department or other so that buyers can be contacted to get a licence and the dog chipped.

A difficult problem I know, but surely someone has the answer. Signs which cost quite a lot of money are useless I think, who is going to police them?
