YOUNG Frazer Powell will ‘feel like Chicken Tonight’ and probably every other night – after he was chosen to star in a TV advert.

The eight-year-old, who lives in Heckmondwike and attends Headlands School in Liversedge, will play the son in a four-strong family for the new Chicken Tonight advert.

Frazer has been on the books of Leeds-based Bond Models since he was a baby and his family can’t wait to see him on the small screen.

His proud mum Vivien said: “We’re all absolutely thrilled for him.

“He did some modelling when he was a baby but more recently he’s been concentrating on his main hobbby, which is karate.

“Then this came up and he decided to go for it.

“I imagine it’ll be something to dig out and embarrass him with at his 18th birthday party!”

The final shot for the commercial takes place tomorrow in Leeds’ Millennium Square and the team filming it needs to get around 300 people together to be in the background.

Nicki Swain, from Bond Models, said: “It’s definitely going to be a case of the more, the merrier. It would be nice for people of all ages to get behind it.”

The event runs from 4pm-6pm and entertainment will be provided by Britain’s Got Talent favourites Stavros Flatley.
