FACE painting, sports, arts and crafts and fun and games aplenty were on offer during the school holidays.

A range of events took place across the Spen Valley to keep children entertained through half term.

Markets were decked out in spooky trimmings for halloween-themed fun, and children could go to sports centres, libraries and parks in Liversedge, Cleckheaton and Heckmondwike to try their hands at sports activities and handmade fun.
