A CLECKHEATON firm has linked up with the Galpharm Stadium for a swanky charity ball in aid of the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.

Howarths Employment Law is organising the fundraising evening at the Stadium – which is home to Huddersfield Town and Huddersfield Giants – in June with the goal being to raise £10,000 for the hospice.

The black tie event will include a three-course meal and live entertainment from pop-rock band Patchwork Grace.

Tracey Hopkins, from Howarths, is helping to organise the event on Saturday June 16.

She said: “Last year was the first ever event we have organised so we were new to the whole thing. Following the resounding success of that event, this year we have all the contacts in place already and we feel we can achieve our goal of raising £10,000 for such a good cause.”

Tickets are £50 each or £500 for a 10-person table, from Tracey on 01274 864999 or tracey@howarths-uk.com.
