A SCHOLES father-of-two who broke his back in three places after an accident on his son’s trampoline had to wait more than two hours for an ambulance to arrive.

The man was left lying in agony, while an emergency response medic frantically tried to get an ambulance out to transport him to hospital.

He is now angry at the Mid-Yorks NHS Ambulance Trust, who have apologised.
