Benjamin Render, (32), of Mountain Crescent, Thornhill, Dewsbury, jailed for 20 weeks suspended for two years with six month alcohol treatment requirement and £50 costs for failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence order.

Jamie Wilby, (24), of Fairview Road, Carlinghow, Batley, 16 week electronically monitored curfew for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.

Samuel Hunter, (24), of Jackroyd Lane, Upper Hopton, Mirfield, 12 month community order with 40 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs for breaching a non-molestation order.

Aiden Buckle, (18), of Calder House, Newgate, Mirfield, jailed for 26 weeks, restraining order and £80 victim surcharge for stealing champagne worth £46 from Tesco in Viaduct Street, Huddersfield, possessing cannabis or cannabis resin, failing to surrender to bail and assault by beating.

Mohammed Tayyub Hussain, (20), of Leeds Road, Dewsbury, £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and 24 month driving ban for failing to provide specimen for analysis, failing to stop when required by PC or traffic warden, driving without a licence, driving without insurance and driving without an MOT.

Donna Marie Smith, (41), of Spen Valley Road, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, 12 month conditional discharge, jailed for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge with drug rehabilitation requirement for stealing meat worth £80 from Morrisons, King Street, Huddersfield, stealing meat worth £30 from Farmfoods, Huddersfield, and breaching the requirements of a suspended sentence order.
