Chemical kids are loving it!

BASF KID'S LAB (CHERNOBYL CHILDREN) 02.08.2011

MORE than 1,000 children have donned white coats and safety goggles at country’s only Kids’ Science Lab set up by a Low Moor chemical company.

The lab was opened at BASF’s manufacturing site in 2010, designed specifically to help children learn about the chemical reactions and encourage them become the scientists of tomorrow. They have achieved it by making learning fun, in a unique environment.

The science lab has had children aged from nine to 11 from 23 different primary schools pass through its doors last year alone.
