Great white hope

A CUSTOMER relations firm is hoping its new white paper will help struggling not-for-profit organisations.

The report has been produced by Caltech, a Batley-based business specialising in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

It explains how such organisations can use its technology to manage its fundraising, volunteers management, events and membership through the recession.

Caltech's systems are already used in the public sector to track companies' contacts.

Succeeding Beyond Recession: Five Priorities for Not-For-Profit Organisations has been published by Caltech's managing director Phil Callaghan, who said an effective system would ensure not-for-profit organisations spoke to their contacts regularly about relevant topics.

He added: "Just like any private business, it is essential for not-for-profit organisations to establish what it is that they want to achieve and then work out how CRM can make this happen – both now and for the future. The aim of the report is to provide an easy to use and practical guide that can be put into practice."

Caltech is offering complimentary copies of the white paper. Interested organisations should call 01924 507 280 or email george@caltech.co.uk.
