A MAN who was founded dead at a house in Wyke on Saturday has been named as Robert Lennon.

Police were called to a house in Wilson Road at around 5.30pm, where they found Mr Lennon’s body inside the property.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team (HMET) are investigating the circumstances around the 33-year-old’s death.

A post-mortem was carried out earlier in the week but the cause of death has not been identified. Police are not treating it as suspicious.

The area around the property was cordoned off by forensic officers over the weekend.
