Primary pupils show their ‘Horrid’ side!

Pupils at a Wyke primary school have been taking part in a rather ghoulish competition in Bradford this month. Four children from Shirley Manor Primary School, at Methuen Oval, were selected for the final of a competition to design a new monster for the Horrid Henry series.

Each pupil had to design and describe their very own monster, and Oliwia Chrominska, Laila Latif, Joel Stebbings and McKenzie Jeffery were in the top 15 entrants. Their prize was a story-time with author Francesca Simon story time at Bradford Media Museum.
