Air cadets turned their Royal Air Force blue uniform scarlet, as they Ramped Up The Red for the British Heart Foundation’s national fundraising day.

Red clothing items and accessories were in abundance for the evening to raise cash for the good cause. The cadets held many fundraising games, including Pin the Heart on the Man, and Pass the Heart-cel, as well as having a red-themed quiz and prize bingo.
The squadron was supporting the British Heart Foundation charity, as all cadets are trained in resuscitation and cardiac problems as part of their training syllabus.
All enrolled cadets are competent on the Rescusci-Anne CPR doll – demonstrated in the photogrsph – by Cadet Harrison Scarth – having completed their Heartstart certificates or the Young First Aider Badge training.
