Running tall for Sport Relief

Waiting for Video...

Sport relief was participated in by people from all over the country – with people walking, swimming and cycling their way towards raising more than £50m for charity.

Spenborough Track at Princess Mary Fields, Littletown, played host to scores of participants.

One of the groups, Gomersal Minis on the Run, totalled more than 60 people, raising more than £700 for Sport Relief.

Organiser Anna Parker said: “It was a really good event, and everybody enjoyed themselves – we also managed to run in between the showers too, so that was lucky!”
