The Christians set for Bradford show

editorial image

The Christians are celebrating their 25th anniversary at St George’s Hall in Bradford.

The soul influenced group, who had hits in the late 1980s and 90s including Forgotten Town, Harvest For The World and Born Again, will take to the stage on Friday December 7 from 8pm.

The show coincides with the release of their new album Speed of Life and deluxe anniversary editions of their first two multi-million selling albums, The Christians and Colour.

During their rise to fame the Liverpool based band packed out international and UK stadiums.

Formed 1986, the band went on to become one of the UK’s biggest soul bands and were renowned for the strong messages and morals in their songs.

Fast forward 25 years and the group are still going strong.

The name the Christians refers simply to the brothers’ surname and has no religious connotations.

Tickets are available at £17.50 for the stalls, dress circle and grand tier.

To book call the box office on 01274 432000 or visit www.bradford-theatres.co.uk. Booking fees apply.
