THE Creed of Greed
MY name is greed and you know not from where I came.
It was through bankers and politicians I first made my name.
I'm taking over TV personalities and footballers to name a few,
And if you're ever too fortunate, I'll soon be taking over you.
My power is limitless and I really just don't care,
Whenever there's any wage negotiations you know I'll be there.
I've had the world rocking I've really come to the fore,
I'm greedy when full and my motto is 'I want more and more.'
Kindness to others is I'm afraid something I cannot see,
Or shall I put it another way simply no-body matters more than me!
I'm slowly working through society there's nowhere I can't roam,
Charity is HUMBUG, everyone knows charity begins at home.
I've now weasled into property, who knows what's next in store?
I really am a nasty bit of work and I'm truly rotten to the core.
Running off to vote won't save you, I'll say with some zest,
I've been there before you and I've already feathered their nest.
I've only one enemy, a bubble that one day may burst,
And only when that day comes, will they carry me off in a hearse.
