Whose idea was chaos?
I WONDER whose brainstorm it was, which caused utter confusion at Cleckheaton bus station, having all the stands changed for the sake of two bus routes – due to the closure of the Whitechapel Road motorway bridge – meaning people had to stand outside in all weathers on Greenside.
All this disruption for one service, when all it needed was to have added it to one of the on-going stands.
There is a plus side to all this – we have been allowed extra hours of the bus station being open, to accommodate this extra service, when before, we had to stand outside in all weathers.
Whoever devised this can't be a bus traveller.
