PUPILS had a boogie to raise money for Kirkwood Hospice.
The Cawley Lane School pupils raised £179 for the hospice with a disco which was organised by the school council.
Headteacher Stuart Harris said: “There was a mobile DJ and refreshments and the pupils ran a stall.
“They came up with the idea and did it all off their own back.”
The school is raising money for the hospice, Sport Relief and Water Aid this year.
