Kirklees Magistrates’ Court recorded the following decisions. Numbers refer to the defendants’ ages and not their addresses.

Cameron Buckle (19) of Moorside Avenue, Dewsbury Moor, Dewsbury, £100 fine, £4.10 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs for travelling on the railway without paying and using an altered ticket with intent to defraud.

Arsan Hassan, of Hawthorn Avenue, Batley, £220 fine, £4.20 compensation, £22 victim surcharge and £150 costs for travelling on the railway without paying.

Carole Radcliffe, (46), of Firthcliffe Parade, Liversedge, 12 month conditional discharge, £300 compensation and £320 costs for criminal damage.

Iain Hunter Lindsay, (39), of Moorside Avenue, Dewsbury, 12 month conditional discharge and £15 victim surcharge for being drunk and disorderly and failing to surrender to bail.

Craig David Allen, (27), of Grosvenor Street, Savile Town, Dewsbury, nine month community order with six month alcohol treatment requirement and nine month exclusion requirement, and £60 victim surcharge for using words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress and being drunk and disorderly.

Ibrar Mehrban, (27), of Thornville Place, Scout Hill, Dewsbury, 12 month community order with 33 day programme requirement and 20 day rehabilitation activity requirement, and £60 victim surcharge for assault by beating.

Aaliyah Makda, (27), of Highgate Road, Dewsbury, jailed for 48 weeks suspended for 18 months, 18 month supervision period with 18 week electronically monitored curfe

Nigel Andrew Radcliffe, (51), of Gelderd Road, Batley, £80 victim surcharge for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.

Dean Barlow, (45), of Elmwood Terrace, Dewsbury, two year conditional discharge, £173 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs for stealing 15 t-shirts worth £200 from Peacocks, Dewsbury.

Thomas Anthony John Garrity, (40), of Church Lane, Heckmondwike, £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs for stealing stealing meat worth £16.44 from Asda, Batley, and failing to surrender to bail.

Dannesh Akram, (22), of Sunnyside, Heckmondwike, 12 week community order with electronically monitored curfew, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £200 fine and two year driving ban for possessing cannabis or cannabis resin, possessing cocaine, obstructing a PC, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.

Nathan Trevitt, (33), of Capas Heights Way, Heckmondwike, £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and six month driving ban for failing to stop after road accident and give name and address of self and owner and vehicle details.

Jonathan James Sanderson, (44), of Mill Lane, Birkenshaw, six month community order with alcohol treatment requirement, £100 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £60 compensation for theft by finding and fraud by false representation .

Jamie Fallas, (26), of Shirley Avenue, Birstall, six month community order with 10 day rehabilitation activity requirement, £55 fine, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs for assault by beating.

Jabran Khan, (26), of Broomer Street, Dewsbury, jailed for six months, restraining order and £1,000 compensation for assault by beating.

Douglas Trevor Hardwick, (50), of Woodville Road, Dewsbury, 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs for theft.
