Anthony John Hudson, (31), of Nussey Avenue, Batley, jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with 33 day programme requirement, £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs for drink driving.

Fakir Ahmed Mullah, (34), of Bradford Road, Batley, 60 hours unpaid work over next 12 months, £300 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs for fraud using another person’s debit card.

David Anthony Wilkinson, (40), of Thorn Avenue, Thornhill, Dewsbury, 80 hours unpaid work over next 12 months, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs and two-year driving ban for drink driving.

Saman Mohamed, (42), of Lidgate Gardens, Lidgate Lane, Dewsbury, jailed for 56 days and victim surcharge £80 for driving while disqualified and with no insurance.

Mitchell Paul Boddy, (23), of Maple Road, Dewsbury, jailed for five days for non-payment of fine.

Shahzeb Khan, (22), of Park House Drive, Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury, £195 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £200 costs and two year driving ban for failing to provide specimen for analysis.

Joel Ramsden, (24), of Shirley Avenue, Gomersal, Cleckheaton, 12 month conditional discharge for drunk and disorderly behaviour.

Lee Daryll Adamson, (34), of Walkley Lane, Heckmondwike, three year conditional discharge, £50 compensation, £15 victim service, £400 costs for sexual touching.

Steven Paul Lynn, (29), of Mount Avenue, Heckmondwike, 100 hours unpaid work over next 12 months, 18 month community order with 33 day programme requirement, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs for assault by beating.

Andrzef Mrozowicz, (33), of Raven Street, Dewsbury, 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs for assault by beating.

Nicolae-Lucian Albu, (41), of Staincliffe Crescent, Dewsbury, 12 month community order, 180 hours unpaid work over next 12 months, electronically-monitored curfew for four months and £60 victim surcharge for driving whilst disqualified and with no insurance.

Gareth Paxman, (26), of Ings Road, Heckmondwike, jailed for 14 days for failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison.

Alastair Sheehan, (25), of Clare Hill, Huddersfield, £100 compensation for damaging a Microsoft Lumia mobile phone in Heckmondwike.

Sanela Miskic, (38), of Pinfold Close, Mirfield, two year community order, 180 hours unpaid work over next 12 months, 10 day rehabilitation activity requirement and £3,120 compensation for stealing £7,000 from One Stop shop, Mirfield.

Nathan Joseph Harriott, (29), of School Lane, Dewsbury, jailed for seven days for non-payment of fine.

Megan Louise Griffiths-Foxley, (18), of Ings Road, Liversedge, community order with 10 day rehabilitation activity requirement, £85 costs and £50 compensation for assaulting two police officers by beating.

Amin Nadeen, (20), of Millwater Avenue, Thornhill Leeds, Dewsbury, Community order with 10 day rehabilitation activity requirement, 36 hours at attendance centre, £60 victim surcharge and £300 costs for causing grievous bodily harm.
