Family and friends of Spen soldier Kyle Stock are going on a charity walk tomorrow.
Kyle’s sister Lauren will be among the 16 people taking part in the Three Peaks walk in Kyle’s memory to raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the Felix Fund.
Kyle, who served in Iraq, Ireland and Afghanistan, died in a motorcycle crash last year, and family and friends have rallied around to raise money in his memory.
Kyle’s dad Bryan said: “The two charities are very important to us.
“The Felix Fund has contributed financially to his partner Emma and daughter Amber this year, and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance attended Kyle’s accident but sadly couldn’t do anything for him.”
The group aims to raise between £6,000-£10,000 for the charities. For more information or to sponsor them visit www.justgiving.com/remember/50814/Kyle-Stock.
