A heroin addict who assaulted a Batley shopkeeper has been jailed.
Matthew Wood, 29, attacked Ul Haq Store owner Mohammed Ayub in March, grabbing £110 from the till. Last Thursday Leeds Crown Court heard details of of his crime spree in February and March this year to feed his £50-a-day habit.
