Thornhill bedroom fire causes considerable damage

Firefighters from Dewsbury and Ossett attended a house fire in Mayne’s Close, Thornhill.

It is understood that everyone in the house was accounted for, but that there was considerable damage to the house.

Three hose reels, a large jet, a ventilation fan and four sets of breathing apparatus were used to tackle the fire.
