THE 22-year-old Batley man killed in a three-car road accident in Scotland has been named.
Mark David Roderick Hoare was driving his silver Suzuki Swift car near to the village of Springholm in Dumfries and Galloway when he was in a collision with a Vauxhall Astra and a Vauxhall Vectra.
Four other people received minor injuries in the crash, which happened at around 4pm on Monday.
Police in Dumfries and Galloway are still trying to piece together the movements of the vehicles.
