The man dubbed the ‘Bradford Batman’ has been arrested.
Stan Worby, who famously handed a friend in to the police dressed as the caped crusader earlier this year, is appearing in court charged with burglary.
West Yorkshire Police said Mr Worby has been charged after police stopped a vehicle in the Delph Hill area of Bradford on Sunday that contained suspected stolen goods.
Worby will appear in court alongside Daniel Frayne – the man he handed in to police – during the incident which attracted worldwide attention.
The case will be heard at Bradford Magistrates Court on Friday April 26.
