Liversedge aim to stretch their winning run to six matches tomorrow when they entertain Hopton Mills on what is set to sure to be a crunch day in the Central Yorkshire League Division One promotion race.

Liversedge extended their winning run to five matches with a 55-run victory over Buttershaw St Pauls last week, when Mark Hydes struck a half-century, and they lie third, level on points with second placed Scholes.

Hopton lead the way, seven points clear of the two local chasers after they recorded a two-wicket win over Scholes last week, while Oulton a fourth just a point further back.

Scholes host Oulton tomorrow on a day when the top four go head to head.
