East Bierley will target crucial wins in their final four matches as they aim to stay clear of the JCT600 Bradford League Division One relegation zone.

With two teams facing the drop, Bierley are just five points clear of the relegation zone and face a key game at home to fellow strugglers Farsley tomorrow.

With Saltaire seemingly already doomed for the drop, it appears Farsley (140 points), Undercliffe (145) and Bierley (145) will fight to avoid the second relegation spot.

The pressure will build over the coming weeks and Bierley’s other remaining games are Lightcliffe away, Bradford and Bingley at home and a trip to Pudsey Congs on the final day of the season.

The title race is also set for a thrilling finale, with Woodlands chasing down long time leaders Pudsey St Lawrence.

Just 10 points separate the top two, with Woodlands at home to Bradford and Bingley tomorrow and St Lawrence at home to Lightcliffe.

Cleckheaton are a further eight points behind and will hope to still be in with a chance of winning a third straight title on the final day, when they entertain St Lawrence.

Cleckheaton travel to New Farnley tomorrow for what will be a tough examination if the Moorenders are to stay in contention.

Scholes are five games away from realising their dream of winning promotion in their first season.

Second placed Scholes will look to extend their 25-point advantage of promotion rivals Baildon when they travel to Keighley tomorrow.

Leaders Morley are 15 points clear of Scholes, who will hope for a favour from local rivals Gomersal when they travel to Scatcherd Lane.

Hartshead Moor, back in ninth, entertain Yeadon, while Spen Victoria sit out tomorrow’s round of matches.
