A 90th minute goal denied Liversedge a point in their final league match of the season in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division, at home to high flying Scarborough on Saturday.
It was deja-vu for the sides as Ryan Blott stole in to score the winner in the final minute for Scarborough in front of a 210 crowd at Clayborn on Saturday.
Back in December when the teams met in the reverse fixture Blott scored in the 89th minute to earn his side a 3-3 draw.
Last Saturday Liversedge had taken the initiative with a fifth minute goal from Paddy McGuire. Blott opened his account in the last minute of the first half.
Liversedge took the lead again with a 67th minute penalty by Cory Larkin but Wilf Dinsdale levelled the scores again with his 74th minute strike.
The teams battled it out again until Blott finally sealed the points.
