Dewsbury Moor U15s on song to seal away win at Moldgreen
Both sides struggled to cope with the driving rain in the opening quarter but it was Moor that adapted quickest using the wind as they turned Moldgreen around with a good kicking game from coaches MoM Jonathan Diskin.
From one of these kicks Moor took play close with good work from Berry, Inwood and Hirst before they switched play to the short side to put Jay Scriven over for the opening try.

Hide AdMoor increased their lead shortly after when Taylor Franklin sent Connor Charlesworth over from a set piece after Brooks, Llewellyn and parents MoM O’Neil had set up good field position.
In the second half, Moor started to move the ball about in the difficult conditions and after a break from MaGowan, Diskin put Brad Graham through a gap to score between the posts and he converted his own try to extend the visitors’ lead to 14-0.
Strong defence from the whole team, as well as a much improved attitude, helped keep Moldgreen scoreless as the home side struggled to break Moor down.
Slick passing from Franklin, Llewellyn and MoM Graham saw Berry break through the Moldgreen defence before he sent Scriven racing over in the corner for his second try to cap a fine away win for Moor.
