Holders Hanging Heaton exacted their revenge on Morley as they booked a place in the Sovereign Health Care Priestley Shield final.
A week ago, Morley were celebrating a victory over Heaton in the last four of the Crowther Cup but the Priestley Shield holders exacted revenge with a six-wicket success.
Morley racked up 342-6 when they beat Hanging Heaton by 153 runs in the Crowther Cup, largely thanks to opener Sam Medley’s brilliant 171, but this time he was out for a duck as his side made 214-9.
Naved Siddique (70) and Adam Larkin (62) led the run chase for the Bradford League Second Teams Division One champions.
Hanging Heaton were given a good start by opener Steve Bourne (77) and they never looked back.
Nabeel Hafeez followed up with 53 and, despite the efforts of Morley skipper Graeme Roberts (3-32), Hanging Heaton had their revenge.
