Cocktail recipe: Lady Marmalade
Cocktails in the City returns on Thursday April 10 with an evening of drinks, music, food and entertainment at Leeds Town Hall.
The bar team at Harvey Nichols, one of the participating venues, has shared its recipe for a Lady Marmalade cocktail below.
Ingredients:
45ml Chase Marmalade Vodka
15ml Campari
10ml lime juice
10ml lemon juice
1 egg white
2 bar spoon caster sugar
1 bar spoon HN Seville orange marmalade
Method:
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice, strain into empty marmalade jar and top with soda.
