Grab your umbrellas for classic musical

Carlinghow Theatre Company’s production of Singin’ in the Rain will take to the stage from September 11 to 14 at 7.15pm.

Featuring classic songs including Fit As A Fiddle, You Were Meant For Me, and the icnonic title track, the show promises comedy, tap dancing and real rain.

The company secured the rights to perform the West End show and bring the glamour of Hollywood to Batley.

President Nigel Dixon said: “It has been a challenge, as it is based on the classic MGM film – starring Gene Kelly, Donald O’Connor and Debbie Reynolds – which is already familiar to many, but we hope you will enjoy our enthusiastic production.”
