Two parcels of vacant amenity land near Ilkley are among the lots at the Eddisons auction at Leeds United Football Club on September 18.
The sites are located at the far end of Leather Bank, adjoining the Goit Waterway, off the River Wharfe in Burley in Wharfedale.
The lot also includes an additional plot let to Wharfedale Hydro Power at a passing rent of £10,884 per annum.
The guide price is £125,000 to £150,000.
Meanwhile, a vacant and substantial double fronted detached property in Whitkirk, near Leeds, which is currently arranged as three flats, is guided at £150,000.
