Are you tough enough to compete in the World Coal Carrying Championship?
Entries are now open for men, women and children to take part in the world-famous race, which was first held in 1963.
Hundreds of spectators are expected to line the streets of Gawthorpe to watch coal carriers run three-quarters of a mile through the village with sacks on their back.
