Attack victim taken to hospital with facial injuries
Police were called to Parker Road in Thornhill Lees this afternoon (Thursday) after a 62-year-old man was attacked by two men.
Det Insp Andy Leonard, of Kirklees CID, said: “The victim has been taken to Pinderfields Hospital and is being treated for serious facial injuries.
“A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and is currently in custody.”
