Fire crews have been battling a huge blaze at a social club in Batley overnight.
They were called to the Batley Taverners Club, Heritage Road, at around 4am this morning (Friday)

Appliances from Dewsbury, Cleckheaton and Ossett attended the blaze, which has destroyed the building.
Watch Commander Chris Stenson, at Dewsbury Fire Station, said: “The flames and smoke were coming out of the windows when we first arrived.
“The club itself is completely ruined but we managed to stop the fire from spreading to a house next door.”
Crews remain at the scene of the fire - near Batley Bulldogs’ Fox’s Biscuits Stadium and an investigation has been launched into what caused it.
