Bus museum opens its doors

A UNIQUE museum is opening its doors to the public again.

Dewsbury Bus Museum is holding an open day on Sunday March 11 from 10.30am-4.30pm.

A free shuttle bus service will collect passengers from stand 19 of Dewsbury bus station and take them to the museum in Foundry Street, Ravensthorpe.

The first bus will leave at 10.30am and will be followed by a bus every 15 minutes.

There will be trade stands in the museum building and vintage buses will be parked in nearby Havelock Street.

Admission for adults is £1.50 and includes a souvenir programme. Children enter free of charge.
