The grey Nissan Juke was stolen from the Healey area of Batley on Wednesday, October 28, after a 69-year-old man was threatened with a knife outside his home by a gang of men wearing face covers and hoods.

The next day, shortly before 3.30pm, the car was involved in a crash with a 21-year-old female pedestrian on Killinghall Road, Bradford.

The pedestrian was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary following the collision where she was treated for minor injuries. The Nissan Juke was left at the scene but three men were seen running from the vehicle.

DC Mark Willetts, of Kirklees District CID, said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision in Bradford or who saw anyone running or acting suspiciously in the vicinity of this incident.

“Anyone who witnessed this incident or with details about those involved are asked to call Kirklees District CID via 101.”
