Man robbed at cash machine in Westtown.

A man was robbed as he withdrew money from a cash machine in Dewsbury.

The 48-year-old victim had just got cash from outside the post office in High Street, Westtown, when he was approached by two men. They pushed him to the floor and pinned him down at about 4pm yesterday (Friday).

They stole his wallet, containing £100 in cash and cards, and a white Samsung Galaxy S3 phone.

Both men then ran off towards Crow Nest Park.

The suspects were described as Asian and aged in their mid-twenties. One had black crew-cut hair with tramlines shaved into the side.

He was about 5ft 4ins tall, of medium build and was wearing light-coloured tracksuit bottoms and tracksuit top.

The other man had slightly longer black crew-cut hair and styled facial hair.

He was about 5ft 6ins tall, of muscular build and had gold teeth. He was wearing combat trousers and a jumper and had a bulky sovereign-type ring on his left hand.

The wallet which was stolen was dark blue with a tan stripe.

The incident happened between 3.50pm and 4pm on Friday, August 16.
