Paul Thompson, Director & Auctioneer at Pugh & Co said: “This property benefits from a strong town centre location with nearby retailers including O2, Boots and the Yorkshire Building Society amongst a number of other retail warehouses including Next, Matalan and Sainsbury’s.”

“We’ve seen a strong demand for town centre commercial property throughout our auctions this year and hope to build on this across our October auctions taking place next week.”

The Dewsbury restaurant closed last November after 26 years in the town, with McDonalds saying it was no longer financially viable.
