Have you seen this stolen bicycle?

A bike stolen from Dewsbury train station is yet to be reunited with its owner, despite a man being arrested for theft.

A grey Carrera Vengeance mountain bike with red flashes on the frame, worth around £150, was taken on Monday March 10.

PC Marcus Robinson said: “The owner secured his bike in the cycle racks on platform two next to the waiting area at 9pm on Sunday March 9 but when he returned the following morning it was gone.

“The bike also has white shock forks at the front and white wheel trims.”

Following a British Transport Police (BTP) investigation, a 29-year-old man was arrested on suspiction of theft.

He was interviewed and released on police bail until Wednesday, April 16.
