Historic Spen Valley firm Birkby’s goes into administration
BIRKBY’s Plastics has gone into administration.
The historic firm, which moulds plastic products for the motor industry, has announced it has gone into administration.
It is believed almost 400 people are employed at the site, in Headlands Road, Liversedge, and their jobs are thought to be under threat.
