Image released in hunt for arsonist

Police investigating a number of arson offences in Batley have released a CCTV image of a man who they would like to speak to.

Three separate reports were received of fire damage being caused to two cars parked in Upper Road.

Damage was also caused to two large waste bins outside the Holy Trinity Church on March 20.

The damage is all reported to have occurred between 6am and 6.30am.

Anyone with information about the incident in the early hours of March 20 is asked to call Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101.
