New manager for building company

Howard Gray was first taken on as land manager at Cleckheaton-based Jones Homes (Northern) Limited nine years ago.

But he will now be responsible for finding suitable land for development, overseeing contractual details and trying to gain consent from local planning departments.

Dad-of-two Howard said: “Jones Homes has a strong heritage, solid principles and sound financial backing.

“We have a great reputation for developing attractive schemes of quality new build homes in highly sought-after areas of the region. No two schemes are the same and we go to great lengths to ensure the developments further enhance the areas in which they are located.”

When he is not working, Howard enjoys spending time with his wife and young children. He also loves playing football or watching his team, Bradford City, in action at Valley Parade.
