LETTERS: Hospitality to be proud of at Batley Bulldogs
It was my first away game with my daughter aged six and we had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. There are lessons which can be learned by all championship teams in regards to organisation. Batley showed great organisation through having anticipated great fan volume and accommodating us through extra car parks but also the publicity on social media and rfl websites to inform fans of the procedures in place. This ensured that we had no problems accessing the stadium to be greeted by warm and welcoming staff, who also showed great customer service, offering additional advice. The stadium has a lovely set up and would be happy to return to Batley again. You should be proud of your efforts and achievements and hope other fans felt the same.
