THE night sky in all its glory was on display at a primary school.
Norristhorpe School played host to Polestar Planetarium, an inflatable dome where tutor Richard Lake could project images of the night sky.
Teacher Lynne Thompson said: “The children were entranced. It gave the children the concept of how big space is and they could see the night sky which they don’t always get to do because of light pollution.
“Richard used a projector to beam the images on to the planetarium so there was the movement too.
“They all thought it was amazing.”
